The NAN Election is open from July 1 - August 30, 2010. There are four open items on the ballot:
• President-Elect
• Treasurer
• Member-At-Large
• By-Laws Change - Treasurer Term
Justification of Proposed By-Laws Changes:
The NAN Board of Directors voted to reduce the Treasurer’s term from four (4) years with one (1) year as Treasurer-Elect, to three (3) years. This change is more closely aligned with the term of the NAN Treasurer historically and is consistent with the other elected offices, except president.
To submit your votes:
1. Click on the following link to access the main voting page: http://www.nanonline.org/nan/awards/election/list.aspx
2. You will be promted to log in. Once logged in, you will be taken to the main voting page.
3. Click on Cast Vote next to the position or by-laws change.
4. The voting page for that position/by-laws change will appear. Select the candidate or response of your choice from the drop down menu and click Continue to submit your vote.
5. After clicking Continue, you will be taken to a page with links to either log out, return to the NAN home page, or continue voting. If you click the link to continue voting, you will be directed back to the main voting page so you can cast your votes on the other positions/issue.
PLEASE NOTE: Once you have cast your vote, you cannot change your vote, so please make sure you have cast your vote for your desired candidate or position before clicking on Continue.
