TRAVEL REQUIREMENTS
Planning on attending the 2010 NAN Conference in Vancouver? As of June 1, 2009, everyone traveling between the United States and Canada by land, sea (including cruises and ferries) or air will be required to present a valid passport or other documents as determined by the Department of Homeland Security to cross the border.

STUDENT VOLUNTEER INFORMATION

To be a Student Volunteer, you must be an active Student Member of NAN with current dues status. Student Member status is reserved for pre-doctoral level or graduate level full-time students (i.e., postdoctoral fellows are not eligible). Membership applications can be obtained from the NAN main office (303-691-3694, ext. 300) or via download from the NAN website ((Membership Information) and mailed to National Academy of Neuropsychology, 7555 East Hampden Avenue, Suite 525, Denver CO, 80231. Membership applicants are eligible for student volunteer positions.
Volunteer Applications will be considered on a first-come, first-serve basis.

JOB FAIR
The NAN Job Fair acquaints candidates with the job market and provides opportunities to meet employers. The Job Fair is FREE to registered attendees of the 2010 annual meeting. The 2010 Job Fair will begin with the availability of interview sign-up sheets on Thursday, October 14 during the evening reception. Interviews will take place on-site from 8:30 a.m.-4:30 p.m. Friday, October 15. To participate as a NAN Job Fair Candidate, complete the Job Fair Registration Form, make four copies and return with conference registration materials to the NAN office. Employers/Recruiters are asked to complete the Employers/Recruiters Registration Form and return four copies to the address listed. A $50 fee is required for Employer/Recruiter registration prior to October 1, after which an additional $10 late fee will be assessed.
FUN RUN
There will be a 5K “Brain Run” on Saturday morning. Those interested in participating are asked to download the sign-up form and send in to the NAN Office.
WOMEN IN LEADERSHIP NETWORKING EVENT
On Wednesday, October 13, the NAN Women in Leadership Committee invites you to an elegant evening of networking, camaraderie and fine food. The event features a presentation entitled "Leadership: It's All About You," by Roberta Diaz Brinton, Ph.D., Professor of Pharmacology and Pharmaceutical Sciences at the University of Southern California School of Pharmacy. Conference attendees may register for the event along with their conference registration.
