The Augustana College Psychology Department invites applications for tenure-track Asst. or Assoc. Professor beginning Fall 2014. Doctoral degree in Clinical or Counseling required. Interest in neuropsychology or health psychology a plus. Successful applicants will demonstrate strong commitment to teaching excellence in a liberal arts environment, mentoring undergraduates interested in human service careers, and involving students in research and/or gaining pre-professional clinical experience. Teaching load of 3 classes in Fall and Spring and 1 course in January term includes Counseling & Psychotherapy, along with General Psychology and courses within area of specialization.
Qualifications: earned doctoral degree (by Sept. 2014), evidence of teaching excellence, and current research program that can engage undergraduates.
