UNIVERSITY OF CALIFORNIA, SAN FRANCISCO, DEPARTMENT OF PEDIATRICS invites applicants for a full-time academic position in the area of cognitive and behavioral neuropsychology. Candidates are required to have a Ph.D. or equivalent doctoral degree in neuropsychology with a focus on pediatric assessment. The ideal candidate would be a creative, curious and energetic individual who enjoys working with children, their parents and the medical team and has a robust research program in place. This individual must enjoy the challenge of a wide range of age and cognitive assessment questions. A practical focus with the ability to directly translate cognitive findings into academic and home accommodations is a must. Assessments will take place for inpatients as well as outpatients. The candidate will be an integral part of a multidisciplinary team including pediatrics, neurology, and genetics and have a community of neuropsychology attendings and trainees with weekly educational opportunities.
