The University of Pittsburgh School of Medicine Department of Neurological Surgery is seeking a Neuropsychologist at the Assistant Professor rand. The candidate will be integrated with different neurosurgical subspecialty patient groups (e.g. movement disorders), and will perform pre-surgical (baseline) and post-surgical evaluations of intellectual abilities, memory, language, extensive function, visual-spatial function, mood and personality. Screening and comprehensive evaluations will be performs depending on the needs of both clinical and research programs. Candidates should have completed a graduate Ph.D. program, internship and experience in the assessment of neurological and psychiatric disorders in adult populations. The candidate will be expected to formulate and administer neuropsychological components for ongoing clinical research programs. Salary will be competitive and commensurate with training and experience. In order to insure full consideration, application must be received by April 30, 2015.
