Job Description Geisinger Health System is seeking a full-time B/C Neuropsychologist for the Neuropsychology Section, Division of Psychiatry at Geisinger Medical Center, located in Danville, PA.

The Neuropsychology Section handles outpatient referrals across a full array of medical, neurologic and psychiatric conditions and provides inpatient and outpatient neuropsychological evaluations and consultations to a large community practice network as well as various specialty medical services, including Trauma Surgery, Neurosurgery, Neurology, Psychiatry, Medicine, and Cardiology. The Neuropsychology Section also sponsors a Neuropsychology Postdoctoral Residency Program, and there will also be teaching opportunities within the newly developing Psychiatry Residency program. Research opportunities are also available.

The current opening will largely involve being the lead neuropsychologist for the Aging Brain Program in conjunction with the Department of Neurology. The Neuropsychologist will take part in an interdisciplinary team, contributing to comprehensive assessments and management of geriatric patients with concerns for neurocognitive disorders.
