Neuropsychology Manager- Minneapolis MN Hennepin County Medical Center
Hennepin County Medical Center, located in downtown Minneapolis, is Minnesota's premier Level 1 Adult and Pediatric Trauma Center and saves the community as a safety net hospital and teaching institution.
Full-time Neuropsychology Manager responsibilities will include development, implementation and maintenance of system of diagnostic, treatment, and consultative neuropsychology services; participating in high level planning and problem solving activities and in peer review of neuropsychologists' processes; assisting Chief Psychologist in day-to-day clinical oversight of psychology services; assisting other healthcare and social service professional in multidisciplinary reviews of diagnostic work, treatment planning, and utilization of services and program resources.
Qualifications:
-Doctoral degree in Psychology obtained from an APA-approved program required
-Two years post-doctoral experience as clinical psychologist in medical or mental health setting appropriate to area of specialization OR
-Three years post-doctoral experience in medical or mental health setting OR an approved equivalent combination of education and experience
-Completion of an APA-approved internship required.
Preferred Qualifications:
-Postdoctoral training and experience in Neuropsychology, including board-certified or board eligible in Clinical Neuropsychology (ABPP).
-At least one year of administrative or supervisory experience.
