The Division of Neuropsychology at Baylor Scott & White Health is pleased to announce a full-time, senior staff neuropsychologist position in Central Texas. The Division of Neuropsychology is part of the Neuroscience Institute and has become a well-recognized service in the Central Texas area. The Baylor Scott & White Health Neuroscience Institute was designated a Level 4 "Neuroscience Center of Excellence." Integral parts of the Neuroscience Institute include two nationally-recognized centers: the Plummer Movement Disorder Center and the comprehensive Epilepsy Center. The Division of Neuropsychology provides services to patients with diverse disorders including neurodegenerative disorders, traumatic brain injuries, cerebrovascular accidents, brain neoplasms, as well as pre-surgical evaluations for patients with epilepsy, Parkinson's disease, and chronic pain.

The successful candidate should be eligible to obtain licensure in Texas. ABPP-CN certification and/or eligibility are high desirable. The potential candidate should have proficient experience with diverse neurological disorders/settings, particularly neuropsychological evaluations in traumatic brain injury inpatient rehabilitation centers and geriatric clinics. In addition, prospective candidates with research and supervision experience would be given strong consideration. The Neuropsychology program provides training for neuropsychology fellows and practicum students and has multiple opportunities for research involvement. All candidates for the position should have a doctorate in psychology and a formal two-year postdoctoral fellowship/residency in Neuropsychology. Salary will be commensurate with experience and qualifications. Excellent benefits include continuing education funds and retirement package.
