We anticipate filling new faculty positions in the Department of Clinical Neuropsychology 2016.
One position is for a clinician scientist/scientist clinician to work primarily with the medical and surgical epilepsy service (on the Epilepsy Monitoring Unit and Outpatient Neuropsychology Clinic) at the BNI. The individual will be responsible for conducting neuropsychological assessment of a wide variety of patients with known or suspected epilepsy. Responsibilities will also include participating in Wada testing. Persons with interest in cognitive MEG research are especially encouraged to apply, although other research area will also be strongly considered.
Another position is for a mid-career to senior individual (Associate Professor or above), interest area open (except pediatric), who can also serve as the training director for our APPCN residency program. The individual will be expected to have an active research program.
The selected individual(s) will also be able to supplement existing faculty in providing outpatient and inpatient assessment of a range of neurological and neurosurgical patient populations.
The department currently has 10 faculty members and anticipates expanding to 12 faculty members in the next year. Our APPCN and APPIC- approved residency program admits 1-3 residents annually and we have 4 psychometrists.

Individuals not already board certified in clinical neuropsychology will be expected to be ABPP board certified within 3 years of employment.
