The Center for Transitional Neuro-Rehabilitation (CTN) at Barrow Neurological Institute (BNI) is seeking a neuropsychologist/rehabilitation psychologist interested in the neuro-rehabilitation of patients with acquired brain injuries, as we are expanding to better serve our patient community. The CTN is a holistic milieu-oriented center that is the last step of the BNI rehabilitation continuum and is designed to transition patients to their homes, communities, school, and/or work environments. Candidates should have experience and interest in individual and group psychotherapy with neurological patients and their families. Skills in neuropsychological/psychological assessment are required, and experience in cognitive rehabilitation is preferable. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to be an integral part of a vibrant and close-knit interdisciplinary team composed of speech, physical, occupational, and recreational therapists, a dietician, physiatrists, and a psychiatrist. Research interest is desired and post-doctoral resident training is available.
Candidates must be board eligible or board certified in Neuropsychology or Rehabilitation Psychology, and have successfully completed a Fellowship program in Neuropsychology or Rehabilitation Psychology.
