Greenville Health System (GHS), the largest healthcare provider in South Carolina, and the Neuropsychology Department of Roger C. Peace Rehabilitation Hospital are seeking a full-time Rehab / Clinical Neuropsychologist. The Neuropsychology Department provides care to patients across Greenville Health System, spanning acute care consults to outpatient treatment. The Inpatient Neuropsychology Service provides assessment, intervention, education and behavioral management services to patients with a wide variety of neurological disorders. The patient population served includes those in acute stages of medical and neurological illness, including stroke, spinal cord injury, brain injury and amputation. While the role is primarily focused upon inpatient intervention, approximately 20-25% of the provider’s time will also be spent conducting comprehensive outpatient neuropsychological evaluations on adult patients with diverse disorders, including neurodegenerative disorders, movement disorders, cerebrovascular disease, autoimmune disorders, traumatic brain injury, and psychological disorders.
The ideal candidate will have strong clinical experience with a wide variety of disorders and excel in a collaborative team environment. To be considered for the position applicants must have a doctorate degree in clinical psychology with additional experience and specialization in rehabilitation and neuropsychology. Completion of a two year formal post-doctoral fellowship in Neuropsychology is strongly desired. Applicants must be eligible to obtain licensure as a Psychologist in South Carolina. Eligibility for board certification in Clinical Neuropsychology is highly desirable.

We are a designated Level I Emergency Trauma Center and also have a separate research facility.
