Job Description

One position is in dementia neuropsychology. The individual will conduct primarily outpatient neuropsychological evaluations of elderly persons.
The second position primarily involves assessment (incl. Wada) of patients with seizures.
Incumbents will establish a research program and participate in resident training. Collaborations with neurology, neuroradiology, neuropathology, and neurosurgery at BNI, and scientists at other local institutions, are encouraged.
Rank and specific area of research interest is open for both positions. Transitional, institutional research support is available.
The BNI has a world-renowned movement disorders center and a large Alzheimer's center, including clinical trials (incl. neuromodulation). There is a premier EMU/epilepsy surgery program. MEG and neuroimaging research opportunities are available.
Candidates must be licensable as a psychologist in Arizona and residents or citizens of the USA. ABPP certification in clinical neuropsychology is required within 3 years of employment.
