Methodist Rehabilitation Center has an immediate opening for a Neuropsychologist or a Rehabilitation Psychologist to provide services to inpatients and outpatients on primarily spinal cord injury and general rehabilitation injury units. Some limited work with stroke and brain injury populations is also expected. Patient populations are diverse, ranging from adolescent to geriatric. Duties include psychological assessment, individual and group psychotherapy, and family intervention/education. Participation in research is available and there is opportunity for supervision of psychology fellows/trainees. An interdisciplinary team model is emphasized in the program. Candidates must be licensed or license eligible in the state of Mississippi. At least two years of experience in rehabilitation is preferred.
