Job Description Pediatric Neuropsychologists and Psychologists Needed

Rush Pediatric Neuropsychology, a growing private practice, offers neuropsychological evaluations for children of all ages (birth to early adulthood) with a wide variety of developmental, neurological, and psychosocial/emotional disorders. The office suite shared with Grand River Rehabilitation, located in downtown Grand Rapids, Michigan (1-2 miles from Medical Mile and approx. 30 miles east of Lake Michigan), serves the west Michigan region.

We are recruiting for two full-time positions: (1) a clinical pediatric neuropsychologist to provide assessment services; and (2) a pediatric psychotherapist.

Minimum requirements include:
Fully licensed in the state of Michigan in Clinical Psychology
Completion of a Doctoral degree in Psychology from an APA-accredited program
Prior clinical experience in a health care setting is desirable.

For Neuropsychologists:
APA- or CPA-accredited internship, with subsequent completion of a 2-year postdoctoral residency/fellowship
Pursuit of board certification in clinical neuropsychology through the American Board of Professional Psychology will be supported and encouraged
Knowledge/expertise of psychological assessment for LD, ADHD/EF, ASD (ADOS-2 training), and/or TBI is highly desirable.

For Psychologists:
Experience in play therapy, behavioral therapy, concussion management, or pain psychology preferred.
