Reservations: 
Once you have registered for the Annual Conference, you will be provided with the necessary code to book your hotel reservation either online or by phone at the conference rate of $289 plus applicable taxes and fees. The deadline to make a reservation is October 18, 2019.

San Diego’s distinctive coastal culture is obvious the moment you arrive at Hilton San Diego Bayfront. This hotel, with sun and sea-inspired design, offers a cool vibe and great amenities. The location, adjacent to the San Diego Convention Center and across the street from Padres’ Petco Park, couldn’t be more convenient. Many of San Diego’s most exciting attractions are within walking distance of the hotel including the vibrant Gaslamp Quarter, home to fabulous shopping, dining and nightlife. San Diego also offers a wealth of family-friendly attractions, including Legoland®, San Diego Zoo and the Birch Aquarium.

Distance From Hotel: 3 miles, approximately 10 minutes

Taxi:
If you need a taxi, simply follow the signs leading to the Transportation Plazas. A Customer Service Representative will place you with the first available taxi. A typical minimum charge from SAN International is $18.

Thank you to those of you who have alerted us to an email scheme related to the NAN Annual Conference attempting to sell a list of NAN attendees. Unfortunately, this is a common practice often targeting professional conferences and membership organizations with online directories. NAN does not authorize or initiate these types of schemes and we do not provide attendee email addresses or phone numbers to third parties for their sale or use. Cancellation Policy

A 50% refund is possible for written cancellation requests postmarked and mailed by October 1, 2019 to NAN at 7555 East Hampden Avenue, Suite 525, Denver, CO 80231. Cancellations will not be accepted by phone. Refunds will not be issued for cancellations requested after October 1, 2019. No refunds are given for cancellations on-site.
